Soyer BMK-12W

The stud welding machine is a universal machine according to the short-circuit-bow principle. Type BMK-12W is recommended as standard with the PH-3N stud welding gun.
  • Stud welding range from Ø 2 - 11 mm and M3 - M12;
  • Stud welding of steel, stainless steel and heat resistant steel. Stud welding of brass depends on the specifications;
  • Simple operation by means of 4 touch buttons;
  • Parameters for current time and welding time are variable;
  • Parameters for inert gas are variable;
  • Monitoring of all functions by means of a clear functional display;
  • Table on the front panel of the machine showing parameters of common pens;
  • Thermal protection;
  • Interface for communication with external systems (optional);
  • Supplied as standard with: 17' open-end wrench, Allen wrench, ground cable with ground terminal and gas supply hose.
Pin welding gun PH-3N:
This stud welding gun is developed according to the 'lift' principle. The big advantage of this is that the stud welding gun is very compact and easy to operate, because no manual pressure has to be applied to it. This contributes to a constant increase of the welding quality. 

For the shielding of the weld pool around the stud bolt, gas protection or the use of a ceramic ring can be chosen. If a ceramic ring is used, the stud welding gun must be adjusted with a tripod holder.

Option:
With the BMK-12W stud welding machine it is possible to feed the stud welding bolts semi automatically or fully automatically to the stud welding gun. The automatic feed of stud welding bolts makes it possible to work more efficiently and faster.

On the BMK-12W it is possible to use the PK-3A or PH-3A stud welding gun. The choice of the stud welding gun depends on the stud welding bolt dimensions.
